An afternoon of polo, spirited competition, great company and one very special Best Playing Pony.

There are some afternoons that remind us luxury is not simply about where you live — it is about how you experience life.

Last week, Brooks Ballard International Real Estate had the pleasure of spending the day fieldside at an exciting polo tournament, surrounded by spirited competition, beautiful horses, friends, families and the unmistakable energy that makes the sport of polo so captivating.

As a sponsor of the event, we were especially proud to present the Best Playing Pony recognition. This year's honor went to one very deserving standout.

Primavera was ridden by Charlotte “Lotti” Kampshoff, who was competing in only her second official tournament — and doing so aboard her favorite pony.

There is something special about watching the partnership between horse and rider come together on the polo field. Speed, precision, instinct, trust and determination are all happening at once — and Primavera and Lotti made quite the impression.

The moment became even more memorable with Lotti alongside her father, Philip, and Mauricio, groom for the Kanthaka team, as Primavera proudly wore her Brooks Ballard International Real Estate Best Playing Pony 2026 blanket.
